A: The following techniques may be beneficial in delaying ejaculation:
The "stop and start" method – in this method, the man learns to recognise the stage after which he cannot control ejaculation. The treatment method trains the person to remove the stimulus just before that stage is reached so that the urge to ejaculate is controlled. For example, when during masturbation, the man reaches a point just before ejaculating, he stops the stimulus until he starts losing the erection. Once the stage is past, he can resume the activity. This process is repeated again and again until the individual is able to delay ejaculation till the time he wishes. This method called the 'Masters and Johnson method', is most effective when the help of the partner is sought during actual intercourse.
The squeeze technique – in this method, the partner gently squeezes the tip or base of the penis just before the point of ejaculation thereby "cancelling" the orgasm. This process can be continued until the couple decides mutually to reach the climax.
Desensitising creams and gels are available in the market that reduce the sensitivity of the penis and help men reach climax later. Some men also feel that condoms reduce the sensations and, in addition to providing safer sex, help them last longer.
The couple can also experiment with sexual positions as some positions offer more control than others and may help to delay ejaculation.

i am considering starting an employment agency in the USA for pharmacy technicians, but i need to know one thing about american pharmacies, can indian qualified pharmacists work as pharmacy technicians in the USA?. If a job was offered to an indian pharmacist would they need to undergo any further training or can they begin working immediately under the guide of the pharmacist
A: Yes you can be a tech, each state has different requirements.
There is also a test the FPGEE where you can take tests in addition to the NAPLEX and MPJE to become a pharmacist if you are liscenced in another country. There is more information at the NABP website.
You'll have to do a year or more of internship to get hours to qualify, you get paid better as an intern rather than a tech at many locations.

Q: Can my parents courier any medicine from India to USA with a valid Indian prescription and pharmacy bills?
A: Mostly you can only bring the medicines you use yourself.
So better phone the airline and ask if they are able.
If they are seen as drugs carriers it can be a hefty jail sentence.
Going to the USA you will also have to deal with the Immigration and customs in the USA, and again best phone before they start the journey.
In any case, they best declare the medicines on arrival, with the paperwork the customs people tell you they should bring.
I do not give you a good chance, as many medicines not available in the USA are on the forbidden list, and are seen as illegal drugs, on one line with cocaine and crack. With or without a prescription from an other country written for someone who is not traveling with them.

A: I used to work for an Indian pharmacist that received his pharmacy degree in India. I believe he had to take some type of equivalency exam, but he was able to become a licensed pharmacist in the US, or texas at least.

A: well, now days because of the fact that jobs are so compatitive they only accept doc. in pharmacy as "pharmacist" but a bs in pharmacy is still very good. there is 2 or 3 schools in us that still offer a bs in pharmacy so im sure you can do something with it. good luck

If you entered on a skilled work visa you must have already been through skill assessment or you would not have been granted a visa and during that process, applicants are usually given registration information.
